Nuova Tradizione Srl was founded in 1986 and will present itself to the artisan ice cream making sector at the Milan Expo.

The company is the result of ten years of hard work by a group of sector specialists who professionally defined a new line of semi-finished products that are a valid help to the creative work of the ice cream maker.

The philosophy of the company is expressed by its name, NUOVA TRADIZIONE (New Tradition), because it indicates how to strengthen the ice cream tradition and renew its prestige.

The characteristic of Nuova Tradizione products is their innovative content which remains within the highest respect of the ice cream making profession. Quality, safety and service are the company’s roots, and are also the basis of company presence in markets worldwide.

Nuova Tradizione products are sold throughout Italy by a network of agents who directly supply the end customer (ice cream shop, café, patisserie, restaurant), and who also give help and advice on the methods used to produce and present ice cream.

Nuova Tradizione uses wholesalers, local retailers and specialist sector companies in the World. In some European and world areas there are direct sales agents.
